1. Aromatic or aliphatic (the color retention)
In the search for a suitable resin floor, you have likely encountered the terms aromatic and aliphatic. Aromatic resin floors are more economical to purchase, but are somewhat sensitive to yellowing due to UV radiation. Aliphatic resin floors, on the other hand, are colorfast.
For resin floors in lighter color versions, aliphatic resin floors are almost always advised for the reasons mentioned above. On dark-colored resin floors, any discoloration is hardly visible and an aromatic resin floor is usually more interesting from a cost perspective. This also applies to applications in rooms that are not exposed to sunlight.
2. The color choice and finishes (overall appearance)
The color choice for resin floors is very wide. In addition to white, gray and black versions, pastel shades and pronounced colors are also often applied nowadays, both in uni-color and blended finishes. Well-known and frequently chosen floor finishes for resin floors are concrete look and marble look.

3. The hardness (the user comfort)
