The decorative, elegant, but above all functional Artificial resin floor creates a pleasant foundation for any interior. Artificial is a high-quality seamless design floor. Made on a plant-based biopolymer foundation, Artificial is cleaner, safer, and more natural.
Thanks to its ease of use, versatility, and excellent wear resistance, the resin floor is ideally suited for residential applications. These same quality characteristics mean that resin floors are also frequently used in commercial settings (restaurants, hotels, showrooms).
No compromises on comfort
If you want to develop a strong floor, you often have to compromise on comfort. That is why we are extremely proud that the Artificial resin floor is not only super strong but also exceptionally comfortable. The resin floor is significantly less susceptible to indentation than other resin floors on the market. Thanks to this lower susceptibility, the resin floor is much better resistant to point loads.
Sustainably manufactured
The Artificial resin floors are 80% based on pure and modified vegetable oils (castor oil) combined with mineral fillers and pigments. The floors are free of plasticizers and PVC and contain no chemical thinners. The products contain no volatile organic compounds (VOC-free) and therefore have virtually no emissions after the products have cured.

With the touch of the craftsman
In the Ambacht inspiration designs, you can see the ‘master’s hand’ in everything. Ambacht is very solid, but flows with the greatest ease from the floor to the wall. The resin floor can be applied both horizontally and vertically. Because the applicator applies the floor in multiple layers and then sands and finishes it, a surface with a very authentic structure is created.

That is certainly possible. Inquire about the possibilities with our staff.

What costs should I expect for a resin floor?
The target price per m2 for Artificial is €75 – 85. The target price per m2 for Ambacht is €55 – 75. Both target prices include application. The starting price for projects up to 50 m² is €2,500. Possible additional costs depend on necessary extra work or pre-treatments.
The prices mentioned above exclude VAT and apply to a sufficiently dimensionally stable and pressure-resistant subfloor that is permanently dry.

How many years of warranty do I receive on a TREU resin floor?
With the Ambacht and Artificial resin floors, TREU offers two versatile top-tier products in the high-end commercial flooring segment. TREU resin floors come standard with a very high 5-year warranty. The warranty takes effect from the moment the floor is installed.

What finishes are available for the resin floors?
With Ambacht, the stroke direction of the troweling determines its authentic (concrete) look. Different stroke movements create unique accents in which the hand of the applicator is reflected in a traditional, artisanal way.
Artificial can be applied in a solid color or with two color tones. In the latter case, two colors are combined before pouring, but not fully mixed. The resulting color mixture is poured onto the screed and manifests on the floor in fluid lines and color accents that together form a unique whole.
Like Ambacht, Artificial can be executed in a concrete look. Furthermore, the Artificial floor can be broadcast with flakes or granules to achieve the look and feel of Terrazzo floors.

Are the resin floors colorfast?
The resin floors from the Artificial collection are aliphatic. This composition makes the floor resistant to yellowing caused by bright light and UV radiation, guaranteeing optimal colorfastness. The resin floors from the Ambacht collection also offer good UV resistance and colorfastness.

In which colors are the resin floors available?
The resin floors from the Artificial collection are available in a wide range of colors, including all RAL colors. The resin floors from the Ambacht collection are also available in a diverse number of colors. (Click on the previous links to see the colors.)

What is the difference between the Artificial and the Ambacht resin floor?
Ambacht is a cement-bound floor that is troweled directly onto the subfloor. With Artificial, gravity does the work; this resin floor automatically levels itself and aligns perfectly with the walls.
The resin floors have a different look and feel. Ambacht has a variegated, stony appearance comparable to polished concrete. Artificial looks sleek, with the elasticity and comfort of vinyl flooring.
