Seductive entrance
Until recently, the exterior of restaurant Toujours in Haarlem primarily resembled a hotel entrance. This image urgently needed adjustment to entice passersby to experience its gastronomic menu. Based on a new layout and an attractive new interior concept, the restaurant was restyled by interior designer E.S.T.I.D.A.

Richly decorated and inviting
The result is an ‘urban boudoir’ interior—a richly decorated, trendy, and timeless design full of warm colors, lush decorations, and soft materials.
To achieve this, high-quality Halbmond carpet was used, featuring a custom-made floral print designed by E.S.T.I.D.A., who also managed the delivery and upholstery. From the newly realized skylight at the back of the restaurant, daylight flows across the carpet all the way to the entrance. This playful interior choice draws guests inside in an almost magnetic way.
A true total experience
The carpet creates a total experience. As an atmosphere catcher, the floral design is printed with razor-sharp colorfastness, coming to life in almost three dimensions. But it also serves as a bringer of calm, thanks to its velvety soft finish and acoustic properties. In other words: in this restaurant, every sense is stimulated.
