Sound-dampening resin floor
For a home renovation in Blaricum, TREU interior specials realized a resin floor on the first floor. And not just any floor: the client requested a resin floor with excellent sound-dampening properties to accommodate three young children. The acoustic properties of the space were carefully considered during the layer build-up of the floor. An acoustic membrane was applied to the subfloor, onto which the Artificial resin floor was poured. Thanks to this unique layer build-up, this resin floor reduces noise by up to 15 dB, offers higher crack-bridging capacity, and provides the residents with extra walking comfort.
