Do you want to play an essential role in our administrative process? Do you work meticulously and independently? TREU interior specials is looking for an Administrative Assistant (part-time). In this position, you are an indispensable link between the clients and our company. With your service-oriented attitude, you ensure smooth administrative and financial processing.
What will you be doing?
As an Administrative Assistant, you are responsible for processing our quotes, orders, and purchase and sales invoices. For your financial tasks, you will occasionally have contact with our accounting firm, which handles VAT returns and annual accounts. Your duties include:
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable administration;
- Processing bank transactions;
- Sending payment reminders;
- Processing quotes, orders, and invoicing;
- Project-based archiving.
About you
You have…
- a positive and proactive attitude;
- at least an MBO-4 level of professional and intellectual ability;
- good numerical insight (accounting knowledge and experience with Exact is a plus);
- the necessary experience with administrative processes;
- work experience with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook;
- good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written;
- good communication skills.
